I really like the overall concept of this art piece mainly for the fact that I find the subject very direct and simple. However, there are some things that could use a retouch.

The white part of the mask needs to be highlighted to stand out a tad bit more . If the eyes are the focus, then brighten those up and maybe add a glow effect to them. If not, then that's okay, too. But if you really want to go for an eerie atmosphere to the image, it's best to brighten the white mask just a little bit. What would also add to the scariness and boldness to this image would be to maybe darken the red in the mouth, too. The current color makes the image a bit soft and with how edgy your work usually is, soft doesn't really fit here.

Other than that, the image is great. If looked at long enough, you could give children or anybody sensitive to scary things one hell of a nightmare for weeks on end.
