So I'll warn you, I'm new to critiques, so I apologize in advance if this isn't helpful. Anyway, first off, the details in this are great. I could spend hours looking at the intricacies of this piece. Some parts look like bark, like at the bottom, and some parts look like they're being stretched out, and overall you did a great job on the textures of the piece. Now that being said, I'm not completely sure what it's supposed to be. If you were aiming for just abstract patterns and textures, great job. Correct me if I'm wrong though, but I think it kind of looks like some creatures of some sort worshipping a bigger creature like a god, melding into it and feeding it. Like I said, that could be far from it, but that's the great thing about art, it's up to everybody's interpretation.
I gave you four stars on vision because like I said, it's not entirely clear what you were aiming for, and four stars on originality because although while this piece is absolutely stunning, I have seen many drawings in this style. It's still great nonetheless
I really love this. It sort of looks like a huge spider spitting out smaller spiders. I find most of the other pieces are built around something clearly discernible, so this piece is really refreshing since I can see a lot of people interpreting it differently.
